cant move my mouse to the edge of the screen

my mouse wont go on the outer 4 inches of either side of the screen but will go all the way to the top and bottom. Can i change something to fix this?
I have use hotkeys to end a turn and whatnot because i cant move the mouse farther over.
Please help

Try alt tabbing out and back in again.

log off and re-start game it will clear this bug
