1 - Visit the witch in your home village and ask to heal.
2- Via camping at a camp site on the travel map. Make sure to set the rations to auto and make sure everyone gets enough sleep.
Keep an eye on what they're eating: prefer meat over rations, as unused meat spoils after the camping session. You can turn meat into rations, thereby preventing them from spoiling, but preserving meat takes shifts during a camp session, which might be better spent on other tasks, if you can eat the meat directly instead. Preserve any excess meat.
As above - assign food in the camping screen. There are 3 buttons on the top left of the camping interface where you can select no food, meat, or rations and all you need to do is click the meat icon then click the button to assign it to all party members. That function will assign rations automatically if you don't have enough meat for everyone if you do that. Of course if you don't have enough meat or rations someone's going to go hungry, there is a drop down menu to decide who eats first in case you're so low on food someone's got to go hungry. You can also individually assign meat, rations, or nothing to your team but that shouldn't be necessary most of the time because of the function I just explained.
Remember to preserve any meat you can't eat during rests because it magically goes bad after a 12 hour of rest if you don't. You can wander around for days and the meat will be just fine but sleeping makes meat spoil. (Yeah, this game has some SILLY mechanics that make no sense.)
