Swapping skills on the hotbar

My char's first hotbar is filled with skills I don't use very often, and my stronger attacks are on the second hotbar because of it, yet I cant seem to find a way to swap them around, is there a way?

You can do this in combat. Click on the icon next to the skull (lethal attacks). Your cursor will change into an eye symbol. Click on a character of your hird and you will see all his abilities. Which you can drag to any hotbar.

It's a bit tedious but it works.

You can, just drag and drop to rearrange them.

But how do I take a skill from my second skillbar and move it to the first one?

Press the info icon , next to the none lethal icon

Then click on your characters potrait. and you can drag and rearrange all the 4 hotbars to the skills you like each character.

This should have been sticky, cause at start it doesn´t matter much. but in Britain you have so many skills. that it becomes a pain looking for them.
