FUlly upgraded blacksmith wont make me armour

I have my homstead blacksmith fully upgraded for armour. He wont give me the option to build anything. he just repairs stuff. help

Hmmm, you're sure that it's the armourer skill that you upgraded--not just crafting, or repair?

All i upgraded was my Homestead Blacksmith Armour its says Fully Upgraded

You can craft weapons and armors by increasing the skill Crafting and Armoursmithing in the character utility skills.

I don't think any building in homestead will be usesfull in this direction, it just increase power or prosperity (i think).

The tooltip states that it enables you to craft highest armor /weapons though as far as I remember.

did you click the option 'I need some equipment from you' ? That opens the menu where you design/compose your own weapons and armor?
