Driver won't install

On Windows 7 I uninstalled the driver. Later when trying to install it again a window pops up saying "Cannot install device (0/2 - The system cannot find the file specified.)" I click ok and another window pops up saying "Driver not found". So I tried cleaning the registry, deleting all local content and rebooting. Still the same.
Any ideas?

Did you uninstall the driver the first time because of an installation problem?

It was working great but I had to disable it when I wasn't using it (can't remember why now). I couldn't enable it again so tried re-installing. Here's the first part of Windows/inf/setupapi.dev.log
