What are people using to emulate controller on a cabinet?

I usually use x360ce for my cabinet to get my buttons to work with other software platforms. I can't get it to work with zaccaria at all. Any luck for anybody else? what are people using to get cabinet's to work with this game controller wise?

I am running an IPAC keyboard Encoder that lets you wire up arcade buttons. It has zero lag unlike a keyboard and works great. I them program the shift keys as my flippers, my arrow keys as my nudge and ctrl keys as my magnasave keys when playing pinball, including Zaccaria Pinball.

I'm using a makey makey plugged to an electromechanic flipper ... almost a pincab ! (for cheap)

Hello, I know it has been a year since the last post but things have probably changed in that time.

I currently have Zaccaria working using the steam settings for a controller and although most of my buttons are working on my cabinet, the left flipper button however does not work.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so, did you solve it?

I have tried using Joy2Key since it works great with FX3 but it ends up seeing button presses and being pushed twice.

which board are you running in your cabinet? Does steam recognize it as a xbox controller? My steam recognizes my kl25z as a xbox controller. Every button binding is working ok, and also analogue plunger. I still haven't figured out why Zac is not recoginizing analogue nudge though. I have changed in Zac ingame controller settings from Xinput to steam, since I have not been able to use xinput and x360ce for controller emulation. So your left flipper should also work if your board is recognized properly. Can u give more details about your set up and key bindings?

My cabinet is the Mini Cabinet from Game Room Solutions. All parts was purchased directly from them. I am currently reinstalling everything from scratch, this time with an activated copy of Windows. Doubt that would have caused my problem but wanted to rule it out.

I finished re-doing my system and actually got all my cabinet buttons to work with Zaccaria using JoyToKey software. I realised that it allows setting up multiple configurations and set each one to run based on which program it running.

Now if we can just get Magic Pixel to add command launch options. They said it is coming but don't know when.
