[#90] any - Ubuntu 23.04, crash on table load

I open the game.
I select Time Machine.
Loading screen starts.
I hear "Time Machine" announcement.
Loading (presumably) ends.
Game crashes to desktop.

It's pretty generic setup, slightly neutered Ubuntu x64 w/ Steam, as few non-default libraries as possible.
Hardware is very lousy though. IdeaPad L340-15API, SSD-less.

No mdmp file was generated.

Compatibility mode (Win version through Proton) just crashes on startup with no mdmp file either.

I have this same issue. Table name announces the title, screen goes black, then crashes to desktop. I even tried to launch one of the Extras Video Games. I had just got an achievement on 8-03-23 and everything was working fine(with all the bugs that already existed). I can't go into options and try different graphics settings because, oddly enough, you can only adjust graphics once a table loads up. I haven't tried to run it through Proton yet. Given Zaccaria's history of fixing bugs, I'm not expecting this to be fixed anytime soon, but maybe we'll get lucky and they'll fix it soon.

I ran an Integrity Check to make sure no files were corrupted, and also disabled Mango Hud(GPU/CPU Monitoring) before launching. Nothing helped.

Ubuntu 22.04 (LTS).
AMD processor, mobo, and video card.
This is a very recent bug, it was working not long ago.

Yeah....This time, I don't think it's something Zaccaria/Magical Pixel did. I was able to play on Aug. 3rd and it was working fine(as in, all the bugs were ones I expected), and the last update showing under Properties for ZP is June 13, 2023. Oh, I tried again today, and ZP won't even launch to the menu screen now. I'm sure it has something to do with Magic Pixels shoddy programming that is clashing with an update to some drivers on Linux....I'm still running Mint 21 myself. This is, however, the only game I have an issue with.
