Can't update or reinstall

Something weird's going on here. This game has been trying to update itself the latest day, but nothing happens..... it starts, but there is no progress of the update.
I tried verifying the cache, but there is no progress there either...
Uninstalled the game, and try to reinstall, but no progress happens there either.... I choose where to insall to, and then nothing happens.
Other games update and installs ok
