Cant run the Game

When ever I start this game I get the message that Microsoft Visiual C++ 2015 Runtime is required to play this game. Though when I try to install that it says I got a newer version of it. I would really appreciate the help so I can play this game since it looks really interesting

my operating system is Win 7 Home Premium.
