Trading Cards?

Hi, I just redeemed an old key I had for this game and I saw on the store page that it's supposed to have trading cards, but it shows up as having no drops remaining. I don't understand why?

Edit: Took a while for the drops to show up after I left the game open for a while but I got one to drop now.
