Bug baseball bat

Hi , i have a error when i try to use the baseball bat " Unable to find Graphics/Characters/11_bat." same for both character i tried to play with
i did a ' Verify integrety of game cache " but didnt work

I get error with 66_bat

Same. To add to the bugfix list, tossing a grenade at a group of zombies seems to infinitely kill them. Got my highest score off that, and lagged the rest of the game out. 66_bat seems to be my varient of the bug.
