Bugs and errors

• Killing Patient Zero causes a crash.
  
• Equipping the baseball causes crash.
  
• Equipping the Laser (low charge laser) causes a crash.
  
• The Reaper's Scythe shows up in Inventory, but not in Equipment (O) screen.
  
• Traveling east from the cemetary (one block east of Scrapyard) places you atop an impassable tile (the lower part of a barricade.) Regardless of the tile you exit the cemetary on, you are stuck and can only move back and forth.
  
• Sewer Key message is misspelled 'Swer key' in Mayors residence.

You can kick and it will propel yourself forward.

But yes, this game has a number of bugs and as far as I can tell you can't even finish the game properly.

You didn't mention the Grenade bug either.
