Try deleting these folders.C:\Users\%username%\Documents\DAVAProject
C:\Users\%username%\Documents\packs
Recently Windows 11 players have found those folders in \users\%username%\AppData\Local\wotblitz\
New copies will be downloaded when you reopen the game. This will replace any resource files that may have been corrupted or did not download properly. You will lose your replays but you can save them by moving them out of the DAVAproject folder temporarily. Your settings may also be changed.
A less likely cause would be a conflict with your antivirus program. Change its settings to exclude Blitz.
There could be other causes too. Player Support can be contacted through their website:
https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/
https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wotb
https://asia.wargaming.net/support/en/
If you use One Drive look for it there.
The DAVAproject and packs folders contain all the resources needed for the app to work, so those folders are somewhere on your computer. If needed do a search for them. This support article describes how to do that: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/find-your-documents-in-windows-5c7c8cfe-c289-fae4-f5f8-6b3fdba418d2
If you are using cloud storage be sure to check there too. Blitz may not look there either and you might need to move the documents folder back to your computer.
Reinstalling isn't a bad idea either (but a Steam reinstall doesn't affect the DAVAproject folder). If that doesn't help it will be time to contact support:
https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/
https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wotb

folder AppData is hidden, so you must show your hidden items.
btw i run using windows 10. hope you can solve it and play the game
