Unable to update credentials

I keep getting slapped with Server Temporarily Unavailable everytime I try to link EU account with my NA account. I contacted the support and still got no response. I am at risk of getting permanently locked out of my account that I sunk money and years on progressing in on Feb 10. I need help!

EU is in Europe

NA is North America

both are in different continents.

you can't link EU account to NA Account at all.

Transfer Account to Another Region or Platform

Currently Wargaming cannot offer account transfers between different servers/platforms on individual accounts. However, exceptions can be made for the entire server during special events, such as a special mass-transfer event. Information about mass-transfer events is always posted ahead of time so that you can decide if you would like to transfer your account.

Regions: EU, NA, ASIA.
Platforms: PC, Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, ...

To play on another region, you will have to create a new free account.
