clan chat not working

it keeps connecting/disconnecting over and over and not logging into the messenger server. Nothing has changed on my computer/internet service to the best of my knowledge.

There are multiple reports of this on the official NA forum and Discord. The NA server that has that data must be having problems.

j_rod just said that you can search players in the chat and send them an invite to platoon. I’m going to switch to my mac and try it.

I'm unable to connect with Clan members. This impacts our ability to platoon for bonuses. NA server. Restarted, even rebooted. Server issue.

BTW take a look to the Manual ZOOM in game, some players noticed an issue in Sniper mod, i have the same problem and i'm playing on a mac like you, please check and tell me if sniper mod is working fine and smooth like in PC.

I have my game set to auto zoom when I hit the shift key, just like John Wick mentioned in a different topic. There were no problems with that when I played earler today.

I don’t use manual zoom at all and try to use sniper mode only when needed. In fact the only time I use manual zoom is when I hit it by accident and need to return it back to full out.

I’ll keep an eye out for an explanation and solution for that problem.

In Update 8.2, switching to sniper mode and zooming manually might work incorrectly while using mouse/trackpad scroll on Mac computers. We've determined the root of this issue and we're working on the mouse scroll fix right now. Fixing manual zooming with a trackpad will take more time.
