You may be unable to connect to the server due to a problem in the internet path your router has selected. Rebooting it may cause it to check the possible routes and select a different one.
I am in the NA region and have no problems connecting so it’s not the server. There’s several ways your connection could be lost. Since you have tried with two different computers after rebooting everything the problem may be in between your computers and the server.
The next thing that comes to mind is a firewall blocking the connection. Check your firewall settings. If the firewall is administered by someone else work with them to remove any block.
If that doesn’t help then it’s time for a ticket to Player support. You can do that through WG’s website. Here’s all the addresses. (Use the NA one, the others are for other readers).

Start by verifying the game file’s integrity. This will check and repair certain files. Here’s a Steam Support article that tells you how to do that:

crashing/
If that doesn’t help, you might consider deleting the Davaproject folder. Here’s a link to an article showing how to do that in one version of Windows: https://appuals.com/how-to-fix-world-of-tanks-
If you're on a Windows PC navigate to here:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Documents\DAVAProject\
If you are using a Mac use the Go To Folder in the Go menu tab to navigate to ~Library/Containers/net.wargaming,wotblitz.macos/Data/Documents to find the DAVAProject folder.
The DavaProject folder is the framework for Blitz and contains the cache, replays, settings and other files. A corrupted file there can cause a variety of problems, but after you delete it the game will download a new copy. You’ll lose your replays and your settings may be changed, so check those before playing.
Next you could unistall and reinstall Bliz.
If none of that helps, it’s time to file a ticket with Player Support through their website:
