I want to know what"s the situation right now because my game is in the same that made me give up to play, had they fixed it? How long later?
Almost all high ping, lag and packet loss occurs before the Wargaming cluster you are connected to. Once your data reaches the cluster it travels on a high capacity private network that is separate from the public internet.
You can diagnose the location of the connection problem by running PingPlotter or WGCheck. If you attach the results to a ticket to support they may be able to help you interpret the results and suggest solutions.
What can be done will depend on where the problem is located. A problem with your modem or home wifi may be one you can solve. If your ISP is having a problem they may be ablle to fix it. Problems with the internet pipelines between your home network and the cluster can be more difficult. It all depends on the location.
You can find more information on PingPlotter and WGCheck in the Technical Issues section of the support website for your region:
