Report a translation problem
I'm kinda at a loss here ._.
The major problem is connecting to the server. There's many possibile causes. I've mentioned a few solutiongs. You could contact support for their advice by using the links at the bottom here.
1) Unable to connect to the server.
First, make sure that you are trying to log into your normal server region. In the log in screen the region selected should be at the bottom. If it's not your normal one select the name and select the correct one from the map that will appear.
This could be a block by a home, school or work firewall and then you would need to either ask the administrator to remove the block or use a VPN.
It could also be a corrupted router or modem oerating routines. A quick fix for that would be turning off the power to your entier system (computer, modem, router) for 2-5 minutes. When everything reboots clean operating routines will be used and new internet addresses downloaded.

2) Having to agree to the EULA.
This should occur only when setting up a new account or when there is some change to the EULA. Once you agree and connect to the server you shouldn't see this again.
3) Support addresses
Use the one for your region:

When confirming that I accept the Eula, it then shows me this error:
"Error, impossible to connect to server."
And if I hit retry, it briefly shows in the backround the servers (North America, Europe and Asia, if I recall correctly.), but I'm already "locked" in the Europe one, and the loading screen does not allow me to change servers.
A few seconds later it gives me the same "Error, impossible to connect to server." error again.
So I already contacted WG europe, I'll see what happens
If it shows EU on the login page and that's where you want to be then that part is good.
As for the rest, problems with routers and modems are often discovered when a connection fails. Support may have you run a diagnostic program or try a few basic troubleshooting steps.
