Watch the replay to see if the gun had been damaged or lacked ammo. If it hadn't been you could submit a ticket to Player Support by selecting Settings/General/Support ingame. Attaching the replay file to the ticket could help support and/or developers identify any bug.
The 3 type of ammo for the ARL 44 were dimmed out on the screen, as in I could not see them.
The WASD keys worked fine and I could move the tank.,
Another player on the team said he had the same issue.
I quit WOTB several times and was only able to get out of the tournament program routine after the team was fully eliminated and somebody else terminated the participation program.
In update 10.0 the 90mm and 105mm guns were changed on the ARL, and the ammo loadouts were reset to zero as a result. That can happen whenever a balance change is made to guns or ammo. The gun or ammo you end up with is new and you need to select ammo just as you did when your first got the tank. https://na.wotblitz.com/en/news/updates/vehicle-changes-10-0/
Sooner or later everyone ends up without any ammo. Whenever I switch tanks or battle modes I quickly look at the bar just below the tank in the garage in order to make sure that it has what I need for that tank or mode. it's even more important just afer an update. Sometimes an update will change settings so check them too.
I've used up all of my ammo in long battles before, but that's rare. Shooting destroys your camo and even the sound can alert an enemy so I avoid shooting rocks, barrels, etc. to be on the safe side.
