Report a translation problem
As far as I know there haven't been any NA server problems recently. If you can't log in after the disconnection it's probably a failure of an internet pipeline between you and the nearest cluster. A quick fix would be to turn the power off on your entire system (modem, router, everything) for 2-5 minutes. When your router reboots it might find a path around the troublespot.
If it doesn't you could run Pingplotter (see lag thread above here) to diagnose where the failure has occurred. Far enough away from you could be solved by using a VPN, closer and it might be a pipeline owned by your ISP. (You could complain to your ISP but good luck with that one).
A ticket to support is a possibility. They may have some advice to offer. WG has moved or opened clusters to improve service and avoid trouble spots they don't control, but that doesn't happen easily.
