WHEN I START GAME, pls help
When I start the game I get a message that says I have the game on, but I don't have it on the taskbar, nothing is displayed to me. The game only starts up after an hour but it doesn't work anyway because it doesn't turn on. I would like to know what's going on, because I have already uninstalled and reinstalled this game a few times and it's still the same.

If you are using a Mac use the Go To Folder in the Go menu tab to navigate to ~Library/Containers/net.wargaming,wotblitz.macos/Data/Documents to find the DAVAProject folder.

The DavaProject folder is the framework for Blitz and contains the cache, replays, settings and other files. A corrupted file there can cause a variety of problems, but after you delete it the game will download a new copy. You’ll lose your replays and your settings may be changed, so check those before playing.

If none of that helps, it’s time to file a ticket with Player Support through their website:
