Purchased Premium Account but didn't get the Rewards

So this morning, I bought gold to buy a 30 day premium pass; however, when I purchased the pass, I did not receive the Level 1 - 8 rewards. So I played to level up and just leveled up to Level 9 and did not receive the Level reward either. Is there something I need to do to activate the premium account other than just purchasing it?

There are several “premiums” in Blitz; account (or “time”), battle pass, ammo and tanks. The one you bought was the Premium Account that will give you 50% more credits and experience in each battle for the next 30 days. This is definitely worth having, but wasn’t what you wanted.

The Premium Battlepass is the one that gives you rewards for completing levels in Operation Coliseum. You can buy that one in the store also (under Offers or Bundles). In NA the price is $4.99 and that is considered by many to be a good price for what you get. Once you’ve bought it you get the rewards by selecting any of the rewards in the level you have completed. You’ll find more info in the News tab in your garage.

You can ask Support (in Settings/Support) for a refund on the Premium Account but I would be surprised if they give you one. They will sometimes give refunds for accidental purchases if you haven’t used the item. Unfortunately, you have already used one day of the Premium Account.
