Premium Pass not being added to account.
Hello everyone, so yesterday I purchased the Premium Pass (the $5 version) but noticed the $5 is still in my steam account and the pass has not been added. So I decided to wait a little while. Got on this afternoon and nothing has changed. I then tried to buy the pass again but every time I click on it it comes with "Item purchased please wait for it be added to your account" Anyone else having this issue on the NA sever. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it sounds like the transaction registered in the Store but the funds. weren’t transfered to complete the transaction. It can sometimes take a while for a tank to show up but usually it happens quickly.

Start by quiting and restarting the game. If the Store glitched that might clear the problem and you can try again.

Next, check your purchase history on your Steam account. If the purchase shows up there take a screenshot of that page and attach it to a ticket to WG Support (Settings/Support).

If it doesn’t show up in your purchase history, I guess you could take a screenshot of the Store page and attach it to a ticket to Steam support.

Either way, they want your money and one of them will find a solution.

Unfortunately, I already sent a support ticket to WG and all they responded with was that they could not track the purchase made in the store and that I should contact Steam Support. Checked with Steam Support and I don't see how they can help as the purchase of the pass does not show up on my payment history. Most recent purchase on my account shows the $5 funds being added.

I think you have taken the right steps. The way it seems to work is 1) I buy something in the store 2) Steam asks me to authorize the purchase (and add money to the wallet if needed). 3) The purchase must be added to your purchase history at that point. 4) Then they probably tell WG it’s authorized and the purchase is completed.. #2 or 3 difdn’t happen, and that’s with Steam.

Sometimes it takes Support (both) a while to figure things out.

Yeah at this point I'm probably just gonna wait and hope it resolves itself somehow. No big deal anyways I guess, I don't play the game constantly so no big deal if I miss out on it one time

Unfortunately, sometimes it takes a while for the support staffs to sort things out. Leave the money in your account so it’s there when they do that.
