Report a translation problem
Start by quiting and restarting the game. If the Store glitched that might clear the problem and you can try again.
Next, check your purchase history on your Steam account. If the purchase shows up there take a screenshot of that page and attach it to a ticket to WG Support (Settings/Support).
If it doesn’t show up in your purchase history, I guess you could take a screenshot of the Store page and attach it to a ticket to Steam support.
Either way, they want your money and one of them will find a solution.
Sometimes it takes Support (both) a while to figure things out.
