Steam overlay didn't work to make purchase

Check your purchase history in your Steam account. If the purchase shows up there, take a screenshot, follow these instructions and file a ticket ingame (Settings/Support): https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wotb/article/19018/

If the purchase isn’t there select shift-tab to bring the overlay up and try again.

Restarting Steam and Blitz would be a good next step.

After that you could ask Steam Support for assistance by selecting Support in the upper left here.

Another alternative is the steps described here: https://www.easypcmod.com/how-to-fix-steam-overlay-not-working-issue-5561. (It looks thorough, but I haven’t tried them myself).

If the other steps didn’t work, now would be a good time to ask Steam (or Wargaming) to help you. Since Steam keeps ~30% (and Wargaming keeps ~70%) of your Blitz purchases they should be interested in solving problems like this one. Just file a ticket with the appropriate company as described above.

Your English is enough for this, and better than my German.

Support should have an answer but their answers can be complicated. Could you ask a friend - or a grandchild - to help? Sometimes two people can see what one person can not and it can be easier if they are beside you.

(We are both old, and while I don’t have children, I have found work for nephews to do. We did, and now they can).
