Soft lock while 'New ammunition unlocked'

I've recently installed the game and created account. I've completed the tutorial and got to the third tier tanks. The thing is that the tutorial for premium ammunition soft locks the game.

• 'New ammunition unloced' popup
  
• Click it
  
• Follow the tutorial, lower the amount of standard ammunition
  
• The game is soft locked

I am playing on Windows 10 with Steam account logged in

Ok, this popup started when i got the A-20. Apparently if you finish the tutorial on your first tank that has premium ammunition available the game, it works as it should. (Lower amount of standard ammunition, get the premium one, buy). Either way the soft lock is still an issue and should be resolved
