crazy ping
i play on the asia servers and usualy have about 150 ping as im from australia but today my ping is at 300 the game is unplayable for me but its not my internet its fine in other games just blitz anyone have the same issue?

In order to gather more information about the cause of your issue, could you please provide us with a Pingplotter report:

  • Download and install the "Pingplotter" application found in the Apple App store;
  • Close all the applications, including messengers, browser, mail client and so on;
  • Run the PingPlotter app and tap "Options" button (cog icon in the upper right corner);
  • Tap "Tracing", then set Interval to 1 second;
  • Return to the main menu by tapping twice "< Back" button;
  • Type or paste the following address into "Address to Trace" field then tap "Trace":

  • login2.wotblitz.asia - if you play on SG_P3

    To see which server you are connected to, proceed to the in-game settings "General" tab;

  • Wait for some time (10-30 minutes recommended), then tap Export icon (between the Pause and Gear icon) and then tap "Collect Data (PP2);
  • After that, choose where to save the report;
  • To attach the file to your ticket, select the "Browse" option in the file attachment section and then select a place where the report was saved.

    NOTE: please perform this test while you are experiencing the problem that you described. Otherwise, we will not be able to see it.

  • Download the app installer using the following link: http://dl-support.wargaming.net/wotb/ru/apk/NetTesting.apk

  • Select "Asia" region (if you play on SG_P1 or SG_P2) or "Asia 3" (if you play on SG_P3) and press "Start"

    To see which server you are connected to, proceed to the in-game settings "General" tab;

  • The application will start diagnostics in the background, run the game and play until the issue occurs;
  • After diagnostics is finished, close the game and proceed to the sliding menu by flicking down from the top of the screen and tap on the NetTesting notification in it;
  • Press "Stop" button and you will see the file path to the report created by the app;
  • Attach this report to your support ticket.

    NOTE: please perform this test while you are experiencing the problem that you described. Otherwise, we will not be able to see it.

lol im computer stupid and u want me to download othersoftwear to help you guys find out whats going on every day i see people posting about this issue in game this is the first time it has happened to em has wasted my entire day havent been able to play as all my shots miss fix your servers connection ffs
any why was my post moved ffs are u stupid i wanted to see if anyone else was having issues nobody looks in tech chat u idiots im done with your game go yall can go get ...... you fill in the blanks
Steam client has been having issues. Try getting it from windows.
“Nobody” was just lurking here and had his magic wand ready to solve the op’s problem. Too bad he missed him.
