Cant login on steam, error code 17

Ive been trying to log in for whole morning and it keeps giving me the same error with the message contact player support. I looked up that server downtimes are usually about 25 minutes, so Im assuming its not about that either. Support would be much appreciated, thanks!

P.s. it would be helpful if you guys could provide an explanation with the error code so us players could have some sort of idea of the nature of the problem

after posting this I could immedietly log in. I would still like to know what is error code 17 and if you could give some explanation with the error code in the future. Thanks :)

I think thats an update, or an Server restart
