World of Tanks Blitz

World of Tanks Blitz

Map loading issues & In-game lagg
Hello guys, this is my first discussion on steam and was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to solve my current problem at the moment.

-MAP LOADING ISSUES-
I don't know why and how it suddently occured to me but everytime I try to play a random batlle,I somehow always join the battle late. Which means, even though most of the players have connected in the map I however still at the loading screen where all the list of players name are shown. Usually this case never occured to me since I have good stable connection and my ping as shown in the garage is always as green as ever.

-LAG ONCE CONNECTED IN BATTLE-
As said from above I always arrive in the game a bit late than most of the players despite of having good connection. I realized that once I connected to the battle my game seems to be very laggy and the movement of the tank sometimes delay after a few seconds...I'm not sure if this had anything to do with my connections since my ping seems to be normal and it looks like I'm the only who seems to be suffering from it. Other players including my team and the enemy teams move normal except for me.

-GARAGE LAG-
I noticed that when I logged in,The garage and other options seems to be laggy by laggy I mean the syncronization takes time and whenever I try to pick different tanks the loading emblem appears but it doesn't have the movement of the yellow light around it. It's almost as it is freezing for only 5 seconds if not less.

//I'm really sorry if this makes no sense since I'm not good at English, but it really is the problem that I'm facing at the moment. If you have any suggestions or solutions that I should try please feel free to share it with me. :steamhappy:

-SOME METHOD THAT I HAVE TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEM-
+Restarting my PC
+Using DEFRAG
+Re installing the game

the 2nd solution you use OP doesn't solve internet connection problems at all.

all i know is this

1) you got highly unstable internet connection

and it can be due to these reasons

i) the ISP server suffer an overload

for the 1st one here, it is due to too many people using the same ISP at that time period thus causing the ISP server to suffer from an overload.

ii) too many background programs doing that daily tasks

for the 2nd one, there are background programs that requires the internet connection to do their daily tasks.

iii) too far away from the router (the further you are from the router, the weaker your wi-fi signal strength will be (this is totally 100% true)

iv) downloading a large file using torrent programs and/or streaming videos, watching videos, watch movies......etc (not just your computer only)

for the 4th one, doing that will take priority over any multiplayer online games that requires highly stable internet connection

v) too many computers/devices using the internet connection at home.

here are the solutions you can try

a) restart your router

b) use wired connection instead of wireless connection(wi-fi)

c) try to play at night maybe at 10 pm or later

d) make your background programs run their daily tasks two to three times per week instead of every day.

e) disable all startup programs (it depends on which windows OS you using. for windows 10, open task manager and then go to "startup" tab and disable all of it)

f) don't open too many programs at all. just open only steam and WOT blitz.
Actually none of those are the main source of the problem.
It was actually caused by a malware that disguised as my notepad whenever I open my task manager. At first I thought it was normal but after a few lookback i realized that it used too much of my CPU.

The fix for my solution was to run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program which was able to remove the malware safely once I finished the scan and restarted my PC.

*EDIT*
Now my game runs normally whenever I play it,no lagg or joining the game late issues.
