the first one you got the answer, but the 2nd one, here is the answer.
make sure you choose the server that is nearest to your country, this will allow your ping to be as low as possible. high ping can cause problems.
to check your ping, kindly look at bottom left corner of your screen while you playing a WOT blitz match.
for all you know, your ping is lets say 15 but suddenly the ping jumps to 350 or higher.
but make sure to follow the instructions properly by making a backup copy of the original before you modify it.
