Try changing your DNS server to Google's DNS, you can find out how to do it here: https://www.howtogeek.com/164981/how-to-switch-to-opendns-or-google-dns-to-speed-up-web-browsing/
Google's DNS is:
1) reset your router (turn off your router for 5 mins then turn it on after that)
2) contact your Internet Service Provider just to make sure that it is not their end having problems. (you can even ask them to reset your internet connection on their end to solve whatever connection problems you have)
Did that just now, still same problem
i don't think problem's with the ISP. I can play TF2 from my steam profile and also I'm able to browse through all the sites normally.
kindly take note of this
1) there is no such thing as "perfect" internet connection in this country or that country.
also it doesn't hurt to try out my solutions which i suggested.
for all you know, it helps to solve the problem for this game you having.
also, internet connection goes two ways.
i) either the game
or
ii) your internet connection.
if others can play WOT blitz on steam without any connection problems, then it means that it is not the game having problem at all.
:)
I do agree that there is some fault from my side but I think in my system (some settings supporting this game) or so. As I can play my other steam games (TF2 is of 18 GB and some decent graphic requirement), I guess there is something specific required for this game.
Feel free to suggest me other possibilities that I can try of.
P.S: I didn't delete this folder yet.
