If you're experiencing high ping, lag, etc, please contact your server's support team with the following information.

Each server's support team will be listed below, so follow the guide for the region you play on.

NA

• Your IP address (You can get this from Google by typing "What is my IP address?"
  
• The name of your ISP.
  
• Traceroute results to login.wotblitz.com
  You can use tools like Ping Plotter[www.pingplotter.com] to do the traceroute. Please also select the interval of 10 seconds on Ping Plotter.
  If possible, start the traceroute before you login and after you log out so the whole gaming period is covered and save one copy on normal days and one copy of days where you have issues so the network specialists can compare the differences.
  
  When the traceroute is done click File > Export to Text File and then submit a ticket to NA support at: https://na.wargaming.net/support/

I will submit a ticeket,but I cant find those normal and good days and I am sure that those ping isues are only to this game all other ones I m fine.Even at WoT PC I m fine but blitz nope.
Im having like 5-20% packet loss and at moments game plays like turn based lol.

Is there anybody who suffer from ping loss? They have attached ping loss ave. 3% on me but in this 5Y anniversary season, They raise 3 to 10 ~15%. When I have over 50% (Usually it could be 77%), I see other tank's flying and they kick me out in 30 seconds from game. Unfortunately, This Steam client make me log-in automatically so I can find not only my tank's dead body but also the daed marker place is quiet far from where I lost control. (How could my tank come here?!! Who did drive?!!) LOL~ What's wrong w/ ASIAN SERVER ?

I'm from the Asia server (living in Asia) and i had a question in regards to this post.

I found a similar (but not exactly same) post over at wargaming.net's asian website

and
according to it,
Asian players need to type this in pingplotter : login.wotblitz.ru

But, according to this post from you in here, it says Asian players need to type
this in pingplotter : login.wotblitz.asia

Now maybe one or the other post is wrong, maybe for steam Asian blitz players your info is correct or maybe both the posts are correct, I'm not sure but what I AM sure is that I've run pingplotter for both "login.wotblitz.ru" AND "login.wotblitz.asia" and i found that
for login.wotblitz.ru my IP address gets hopped 22 times before it reaches the said game server.
However, login.wotblitz.asia only makes my IP address hop 12 times.

According to pingplotter, my routes connecting to the game server in both cases are different, hence the number of hops increase to Russia!

It's confusing when World of tank Blitz hasn't made it properly clear that where their Asian game-server is located at exactly (unlike they have done so with World of Tanks PC),
So i'd really appreciate it if u could tell me which city exactly hosts as the server-location for WoTb so that if i were to use some VPN for example (like Pingzappper) i can choose the proper game-server location to minimize my latency issues and (potentially) increase my game performance accordingly.

bad game optimization, me with intergated video card i have 40-50 constant fps, and with dedicated video card no more than 25 fps no matter what sethings i apply.
The issue fix after 2-3 games updates ( updating my videocard driver don't worked for mee)

This 8.0 update ruin my In-game FPS, even with the lowest setting of the game, before it i have medium to high setting and all works smoothly.. for the last solution i have think to try microsoft store version.. please help and fix, thank u

Support should be continuing to respond to tickets about lag and ping. The pingplotter results will show where your high ping levels are occutrring.
