The support website also has articles on recovering passwords, etc. If needed you can send an "anonymous" ticket to support asking for thier assistance on the whole problem. That is the method used when an account is hacked, so they could block the account until they are sure you are the real owner. To avoid that you could try sending proof such as a screenshot of your Steam purchase history showing a Blitz dlc purchase. If support needs other proof they will tell you.
The support website also has articles on name changes. It will cost you 2,500 gold but you might get a free one if your current name violates the rules or is your real name. If you ask for a free change give them 3 new names (in case someone already has one of them).
That's a bit of work but it is worth it. You need to log in to receive rewards from watching streams, submit other tickets to support and to buy from the Premium shop. (Sometimes the premium shop has items with better prices or that aren't in the store. I check prices to save money).
