What's the meta for tier 10 now?

Hello, fellow tankers, I'm trying to get some tanks for tournaments and fun gaymeplay and now I'm just tearing between Bat-Chat, STB, T62A, T22med., Obj.777 II and Type 71.
Looks like mediums are meta for now but yesterday I had some hard time against Type 71 and Obj.777 II in tournament and now I'm confused between all these. Especially now when T22med. and Obj.777 II will be available for purchase in auction (but only one, not enough gold to buy both).
Any thoughts?

Depending on your skill level, it may or may not matter less or more. "meta" probably means more to Droodles than it does me, as a good player. So saying "oh I can play a medium and know I will win because it's the meta" isn't nearly as guarnteed for me as it might be for Droodles.

All those tanks are great tanks, IMO, maybe the T62A not as much. Although I have seen T62 being played more lately, maybe it's been buffed or something (it was nerfed a few updates ago, thinner armor IIRC and a couple other little things).

IMO if you want to know the top "meta" tanks, pay attention to the tournements. But again, those players are probably as good or better than Droodles so it may or may not mean as much to you or me.

Meta right now is Mediums. Heavies dont have the HP, same for TD's and WG keeps buffing all DPM so in the end mediums.

What do you suggest then???? FIne, a balanced tank. One that has mobility, gun depression, armor and good dpm. Better???

I prefer heavies myself. It doesnt matter when every go round all that the morons at WG buffs is DPM.

What's "meta" is more dependent on each player than what Droodle's says. Not that Droodles is wrong, but "meta" for HIM and players like him is very different from players like me.

For me, I'd tell the average player (like me) to ignore "meta". "Meta" for average players should be not to try to progress tiers too quickly. Tier 9-10 should only be being reached at 5000 battles, not 300 battles. Instead of going up one line quickly, go up several lines slowly. IMO, at least 2 different tanks of each tank type in each tier as progression.

Meta is shown by what is the winning strat in a game, or, top performing tanks. I dont make the meta i read what blitzstars shows. It shows the top performers are mediums of the top tiers, 8-9-10. Since top tiers are "end game" then the meta is dictated by what works best. I don't agree with the "Meta" argument at all. But lingo BS is what it is.

one thing i do know

1) no such thing as "perfect", "best" tanks in this game at all

why

a) this is team game, not one man show

even if you are using a "meta" tank, that doesn't mean you can win matches all by yourself.
