Bots are used In the battles new players have for these reasons:
“The purpose of the updated tutorial is to teach a newcomer with basic game skills in conditions close to real ones. We want to interest them, help them go through the first steps to success. Bots, hints, small maps, 5v5 battles make the assimilation of "educational material" more feasible. Of course, after the tutorial, there is still a lot of stuff to learn and to understand in our pretty complex game.”

With the number of battles you have you are still in “new player matchmaking” where new players are matched against other new players (and bots) when possible. Bots are used through the first 500 battles or so to fill out the the two teams. You could continue to see them in some battles, especially in the lower tiers until new player matchmaking ends with battle 5,000.…

Later a player posted about the types of bots he encountered:
…
1) NUB bots - this is your stereo typical bot which cannot aim nor can it drive. Great for farming.
2)Aggressive bots - these have I would call average to above average skills. They will definitely hit you if you just sit there. This is especially true if the red team has a TOG. ALL bots (even nub ones) will turn aggressive if you find yourself in a 1 v multiple situation at the end of the game.
3) Supernatural bots - I find these sometimes at the end of the game where I am the only green left. They know where you are without the traditions spotting mechanics. You can be at the opposite corners of the map and they will know where you are. I have had a few occasions where I am in a TD with camo net (stationary) waiting for that last bot to show up, then I will get hit from a heavy bot without the light bulb ever going off.

That’s unusual for NA but 1,000 isn’t very many battles. I’ve heard that bots have been seen on the EU server as high as tier 9. Meadsy had a video of a NA tier 7 battle with them (if I remember right). I suppose if there’s enough new players in the queue for that tier MM might try for a separate new player battle.
…sigh…
Facts are those things for which there is proof that other people can see, You have made a lot of claims without providing any evidence or proof.
Here’s some evidence. Jylpah has analyzed over 6,000,000,000 battles by over 700,000 players. While his dataset is skewed towards more active and better players, that is a huge sample size. In Update 6.0 he found the median winrate to be 50.0%. In Update 8.6 it was 49.6%, a change of 0.4%. That is a really, really tiny change in the winrate. https://blitzanalysiz.com/
Everybody gets the same teams. All that Wargaming needs to do to make a profit is to get people into the Garage. Even if most people didn’t spend much, if any, money, with enough volume the game can be a financial success. With over 1,500,000 people playing every day they have the volume they need. They don’t need to manipulate MM and so they don’t do that.
