The best tier X tank depends totally on your playstyle.
Currently, The game has balanced tier tens but how they perform completely depends on you. If you want a tank that's fast and quick firing then go for the T-100LT
but if you're a play that wants a sniper like tank with decent survivability then go for the Jagd.Panzer E100.
If you want a tank that can frontline into enemy forces then go for the Maus or the IS-7.
If you want a tank that can perform well in hills and does hulldown then go for the STB-1.

Again, it depends on your playstyle but if you want a tank that can perform all of the tactics I mentioned in some way then go for the T110E3. (The Heavy One)
