I ve opened more than 25 and receive a certificate
And I won the Medgay in the reward crate ...
I'd like to have win the Hellsing or Dracula, let's wait next event :/
I agree. The word salad WG uses is very similar to a certain US political party's employment of word salad. Every time there's one of these "events", you REALLY have to read so carefully to understand EXACTLY how they are ripping us off.
Like I said, when I paid the $18 I figured one way or the other I was getting a SoulEater. Which I did, so whatever. But I thought even if I didn't get it in crates the 25 certs would be for the tank.
Company is definitely a scam company. Unfortunately that basically seems to be the way with games these days.
Two thoughts... most of any tanks performance IS the player besides bad MM and RNG. The other thought is YMMV...see 1st point.
Soo... you lacking reading comprehension now means they scammed you?
Apparently...I'm not the only one...
I won the Chuchil III, the T14 and the Excelsior before, they are all better than the Medgay.
And as said above, you can't expect a specific reward on gambling. I'll keep it, so the next rewards will be mandatory the ones I miss, which are the ones I want.
I won the K-91 for the 2nd time this morning in a "collec'em all" crate, it's a direct 5k gold for a crate I won on a gamble for 250 gold, what a nice morning.
You can't win everytime, but in overall, I consider WoT blitz rewarding considering the spendings in it.
I don't spend a lot on this game. I usually buy the $8 battlepass, and sometimes the basic pass for these other special events. This is the first time, ever, I've bought the extra pass for any event. In the past, I've bought some gold around the Christmas time sale events. I don't foresee myself buying gold this year, as I currently have about 30k with buying tanks occasionally. So I figure I have a little more in the budget to spend elsewhere.
As far as overall value, as much as I think this game is trash (and it IS) I still spend at least a couple hours playing it daily, so it's fairly cheap entertainment. This year I've either won, or earned through whatever event, several tanks. I have 5 tier 10 pay tanks, and had 0 starting the year. I think I bought one with gold, So you know, while I don't think they have any value (they are NOT an investment) having them on my account is nice.
Unfortunately, it seems like most games are trash these days so it's basically choose your evil.
Maybe the game is trash but entertains me and I really have big laughs sometimes when I see the very very low skill of most players, it's pityful and funny.
About crates, I've spent 3k gold I won yesterday on the today's gambling with crates only, I won the Obj 777 II, a Tier 10 I consider very good, almost for free. With a little luck and a little investment, you can really get a lot of good stuff for cheap or free. I also found the Amx 30 proto, Wz 111 1-4, Chimera and many other in crates.
And yes, they worth nothing because you can't sell them and every money spent in the game is lost, like any other web2 game. The goal is to have fun :)
Occasionally, I may do the first couple plays on a draw. I did one the other day and got 100k credits for 50 gold.
And certainly 3k for a tier 10 is a great deal. BUT how many other draws has 3k been spent all that was one was 100 gold, some credits, and some boosters or whatever.
So it probably averages out of "buying a tank with gold" and how much is spent on average trying to win from draws. Usually tier 10s on sale are around 20k, but they also usually come with 20 5x (specific to the tank mostly), all the equipment slots (which cost about 3-4 million credits) and the tank slot and other crap, maybe a few containers, special camo, etc.
But hey, 4 essentially free tier 10s (maybe a couple literally, a couple earned through events), plus a few more 6-9 tanks this year.
because you waste time and common sense, you stop focusing on what is really important, and sleep - for people who are not worthy of it
it's up to you
the game will never be the way it should be, because someone wants to squeeze out profit and profit from it just for the cover, and that makes the game more and more ruined, and no update, whatever it is, will not improve the game - I've seen a game where there is never an update and everything is as it should be (only on the other side - you know where), let it be, it's just an illusion to pull you down and destroy you
