There a crap ton of helpful videos out there as well as some who think they are helpful, however you still gain some knowledge either way.
Stick to T6 and lower to practice overall in regular mode.
❓** Will training rooms be improved? Such as getting an option to add bots ….**
⚡Current training rooms perform exactly the way it should be…. The need for bots in training room is quite doubtful. You don't need bots to explore new maps. You need one more player (not bot) to test a new tank's armor. Your skill won't go up if you fight against bots in training rooms. That's why we are not going to rework training room like this.

Bots are currently used during the tutorial and sometimes in new player matchmaking. That attempts to match new players (<5,000 battles) against other new players and bots will sometimes be used to fill out the teams. Because of the lower player base on the NA server new player matchmaking doesn’t always work well.
You’ll have a better chance of playing against players with similar skills in the lower tiers, especially 1-3. As your skills and understanding improves, move up a tier.
Focus on learing lower tier tanks. Play every tank from lower tier and up. Don't try and rise in tank ranks fast, you need to learn, and learn, and play, and learn. When you've grinded and filled EVERY tier 1 tank, then move to tier 2, then 3. Every tank, every country. Eventually you'll start getting better. Maybe not 60% win rate better, but hopefully better.
And have fun. If you aren't number 1-2 every game, just jump into the next game and go again. As you play find tanks you really like, and save those to bring out once in a while as you move up in tiers. Its fun sometimes if your grinding tier 8 tanks, just to whip out a fun tier 4-5 tank you love to play and do some games. Leopard.. yea, i want some of that tonight.
I started playing in September 2021. I crept up to winning 53% of my games, I aced 3 tanks just after Black Friday Sale, then Blitz Fair started. Now I am getting my ass handed to me in all tiers. Currently I perform just as good in T8 as I do in T1. I was one of the top players in the lower tiers, as they were probably mostly bots. Now I am at 50.5% winning and dropping. If I don't stick with the pack, I am surrounded. Any TD spot that I found has become almost useless. I have been forced to learn side scraping with many of my tanks, so that is the only positive I can think of right now. Oh, and my accuracy went from 82% to 83.5% currently. I think Blitz Fair is bringing all the good players back all at once.
I don't understand why the matchmaking takes so long. It is impossible to get a low tier match late at night here in Michigan. It's like all of the bots have to sleep too.
If you haven’t already, you might look up your profile at BlitzStars.com. Don’t obsess over those stats, but they can be useful to measure areas or tanks where you are doing well - or not. Comparing your 30/60/90 day performance may help focus your attention on things to work on.
Players here or at http://forum.wotblitz.com/index.php?/forum/64-general-discussion/ can give advice on that, WG’s official NA forum also has a collection of written and video guides that could help.
