Anybody else having issues? Any solutions?

Quite a few players have had issues with that, and there have been log in problems with Facebook and on BlitzStars. The BlitzStars log in problem has been solved and, last I heard, the Facebook log in problem was being worked on.

For general account linking problems the best advice I can give is that unless you have a problem logging in to the game, you have until February to solve any other problem. Read the FAQ carefully, and, for now, contact support regarding your individual situation.

It's still early days. I've seen a few success stories. I'm still studying the FAQ and would rather have more examples before telling anyone "do this with no problems."

There's one situation that is obvious (and even predictable). Players are discovering accounts they didn't know about, even one's in other regions. It's real easy to make a log in error and end up in a new account with no tanks. Players get back to their main account, forget about the new alt. It sat there, not causing any problems, but now there's a problem. (Someone with a similar email address could have made an error too and copied yours by mistake).

If you are in that situation. contact support and work with them on deleting it or fixing the conflict in some other way. I've chatted with one player who deleted his alt, changed his mind and canceled the delete, did a few other things to and generally made a big mess. Take it slow, work with support and try not to be that guy.

I contacted support about the BlitzStars problem. They could be up to their neck in tickets, so try your best to be patient and understanding. This is a new thing for WG too and they are getting a few surprises. But, as always, if you need help from support go ahead and file that ticket.
