You can switch from full screen to a windowed mode in Settings/Graphics. After that you can change the size and location of the window to what you prefer.
Not being able to read the players names is a frequent complaint. They aren't really optimized for the size of pc monitors, but mobile players have complained too.
The contrast is another one, especially on reticles. Although the reticles in some WW2 fighter had adjustments for the sun, I doubt that any tanks did. I've learned to be careful with a backgrountd skill on regular shots, but there weren't any WW2 tanks jumping into the sky. There's too many times I could take a shot - if I only could find the reticle.
The lack of minimap contrast in colorblind mode is another one. Since I'm only 50% r/g colorblind their color changes usually work. On the minimap the red tanks are a dark icon on a dark background. The only tanks I see are my teammates.
Four or five players brought both contrast problems up with Ribblestripte in an NA forum feedback session, but it hasn't been fixed. I'm just hoping it someohow gets fixed when the Unreal engine comes out in a year or so.
If the game is displaying in windows mode you can enable full screen in Settings/Graphics.
Other than that the app should be checking your monitor's specs and sizing the display to match. I've seen some complaints recently of that not working correctly on certain mobile devices but don't know of a solution a player could use. Contact support by selecting settings/general/support.
