and all wait for hero but all dishonor him soon as battle started - for selfish ideas (dmg)
Is Wargaming "hidden in Cyprus?" Yes and no.
No, the location of their headquaters is not a secret. It's location is displayed in the EULA and in many articles about the company.
Yes, the move to Cyprus was intended to escape the laws of a country - Belarus. Over time the situation in that country changed and many employees chose to leave. Eventually Wargaming ceased operations in Belarus entirely and relocated many more of ther Minsk employees.
Victor Kislyi, Wargaming CEO put it this way:
"It’s an EU country. It has democracy, the rule of law, a sound business system, lots of services. It’s not the biggest country in the world. But we studied a lot of other places. Cyprus was amazing, and it is amazing."

There were personal reasons too. Kislyi has also said that it was somewhere where he wanted to raise his family and where he could practice his religion.
Where would you want to spend the winter: frigid Minsk or a sunny Mediterranean island?
Who needs evidence when they can just rely on NON wargaming rep El Din to respond defending Wargaming.
Kisilyi is a Felon. He just hasnt been caught yet but its coming.
The reason why I have informtion on why they left Belarus and other information on game mechanics is that I have taken the time to search it out. I wanted to see for myself how the game and the company worked, and found independent business, gaming, legal and other websites that had that information.
Please note that I did not depend on Wargaming for information on their withdrawl from Russia and Belarus. I used independent websites first but also included Russian and Belarusian governmental and other sources that are highly critical of Wargaming. When Victor Kislyi and their CFO finally gave those interviews their numbers and statements they made were very close to what I had already developed from independent sources.*
Pay attention to this! I did not start out thinking they are good lor evil. I verified the infomation first, and found out that Kislyi and the CFO were acting like normal people in a normal company.
Other searches on other topics had similar results. They are not perfect, just normal. Pretty much like most of us are.

*This took a lot of time over several months. It resulted in page after page of links to those sources. Since I'm an old retired guy I had the time to spend. Most people can do smaller internet searchs of their own.
