Recover Account

I've played over 300hrs and built new pc rig and a bit of time away from gaming.
Come back and reinstall game to find out I can't recover all my tanks and achievements.
Any idea how I go about it please.

The first situation is if you have gotten into the account and find that some of the tanks are there but others are not. The easist solution is to remove all the filters. Open the tank menu bar at the bottom and select the garbage can on the right. This would remove all the filters and your missing tanks should be there.

The second situation is if you can not enter that account at all. If you had linked the account to Steam attempt to open it from the Library. Next, try logging in using your Wargaming ID or the original email address and Steam password. The third situation is if your account has actually been hacked. There has been hackers who have stolen accounts and transferred them the Lesta Games RU server in recent months. Player support should have notified you of any transfer so check your email. If you believe the account was hacked file a ticket with them. They should be able to restore your account but it will take days, and the state of the account will depend on when you have last played.

There are other situations, such as your not playing since before Update 5.4 (when many low tier tanks were removed and replaced by collectors) or your having played on the CIS server that has been disconnected. They are less likely. Let me know if either is the case.
