Simply. Is quicker. Simplier and not so much focused on oney. Surely. Blitz has changed a lot and added some money leeching things like cases or recently added lotery. But still regular WoT has this model much stronger.

Artillery in WoT is annoying! You have a good spot and boom, seconds later an impact. So you have normally to be on the move all the time. I just dislike it, that´s all !

just a few of the reasons why WoT PC is unplayable garbage:

Gold ammo does full damage, which means people who pay or have been playing for years get way more pen than you for no downside.

MM is +2 -2 pretty much ruining the game as you cannot do anything against a T10 in a T8 even with premium ammo.

Artillery is designed to be a point and click adventure doing nothing but sitting in spawn and ruining your day.

all of those points are way better in blitz

Much more basic and easy to understand/pick up, much less demanding, (My PC can't run WoT, and it can barely run WoTB) no artillery, LT's being much less obnoxious, same goes for the spotting mechanisms, like in WoT you could have someone right infront of you and as long as they have enough concealment (Which isn't that hard to get with some tanks) and they're outside a 50 meter radius of you, you won't be able to see them. (Im looking at you, ELC EVEN 90 and E-25) The list goes on and on and on but I think these are enough reasons

no one forces you to play the game if its too hard for you, if you don't wanna get better just quit

Smaller maps, smaller teams size, no arty, balanced gold ammo, not as campy meta, only +1/-1 MM, quicker matches, feels slightly more F2P friendly with all those various exp/free exp boosters/coupons cutting exp required from login rewards or missions. Doesn't seem much but over time it makes enough difference that i feel grind is just better than in big WoT. If You want to put some money its also much cheaper, some decent Tier VIIIs can be bought for equivalent of +/-5 dollars during sales/Black Friday (got my M4A1 Revo this way). Sure Blitz got its own issues, like all the gambling boxes, but overall i found it much more pleasant. Tried to go back to the original World of Tanks many times but after couple of days i'm always coming to the Blitz. I just wish i could copy sound effects/graphic from WoT, its still noticeably superior... Gameplay is more important tho!
