When in full screen mode the stream had a blue timer on the bottome right that shows how long you had been logged on. If your computer goes to sleep, disconnects or you open a different tab the blue timer will stop. It will begin counting again when the player reconnects. It helps to change the devices settings so that it doesn't sleep and to check periodically (if you are awake). Tournament streams last longer than needed for the maximum rewards, so by reconnecting quickly you can still receive all the reards.
When you aren't in fulls screen mode there are counters on the right that show the number keys and kitcoins you have earned.
It took me a couple streams to get everything right on my end.
It depends on whether it looks to them like the keys are missing. Unless you took a screenshot at the end of the tournament the only thing they'd have to go on was some sort of connection log on their end.
It kind of depends on your being awake for the entire tournament. Then you could have checked and reconnected if necessary and would have seen the timer working. You could have taken a screen shot - not a bad idea for next time.
I went back to sleep and had no idea how things worked out until I saw the keys. Most west coast NA pepole probably did. Way too early.
Horrible for you and me, wonderful for someone in Tokyo.
I still didn't get enough sleep yesterday. That wasn't fun.
