''new'' congratulation system

well i m not sure how long its out there because i wasnt playing for 6 months but its new for me.
I cant understand what is the point now to give a +1 or a -1 to a player, it feels like its all te same. You can give -1 to enemies because they won or because they shoot at you or you can give -1 to all your team players just because they didnt help you. What is the point to even say report that guy because he was playing like a moron?
I liked old system more because you had limited -1 votes but i would like an improvment for that like one -1 and three +1 per battle. Even if the player dont get any penalties his -1 or +1 reports would be also visible to other players so they can avoid him as a friend, a platoon or a clan member.

Personally, i think this playerbased report-system should be taken out of the game.
It's just another playground for toxic players to troll or rage.

It is somewhat nice to signal random players which did well in a match that their gameplay and support ingame is appreciated and i really like the duck emote to signal enemy players when they totally F ucked up and the thumbs down when randoms in my team don't know how to use their brain and mosre often than not random players really like it to show that they also liked how u played and i think in the long run that it could help that more players are willing to try to win a match around instead of just throwing the round away.

The emoji’s are just a way to vent and give a pat on the back to those who did well or showed some teamwork. I also like the duck. Being polite and all, being able to give someone a duck is great.

Separating reports from that seems like a good idea too. Although WG automates some of that, Support gave notice in a recent month that their response might be delayed due high ticket volume. I was seeing too many calls to “report that guy” when I just couldn’t see any possible rule violation and that sort of thing couldn’t be helping. I’m all for reports and tickets when a rule has actually been violated, but WG might need to copy one of Steam’s rules: “Abuse or encourage abuse of the Post Reporting System.”

I don't mind them, but I'd like some sorta feedback on the emoji feedback that we do receive to prevent getting multiple negative emojis from immature premade teams, who can't deal with losing one silly match.

Another great thing would be an explanation of what does each emoticon mean.

• The duck - Is it supposed to be a reference towards ugly duckling, or to make others look like a toy? You know, those small, usually yellow, floating duck toys that are used to give to children when they're bathing..
  
• There's some #$@%!! or how, and this does, I assume, serve to report harrassments, right? Or is that supposed to serve as some sorta projection to give to enemies when you do believe that they got angry from being unable to penetrate ~30mm armor with a 10.5cm KwK?
  
• Luck of Irish - Nothing outta ordinary. Simple, easy to understand.
  
• Two fists - To appreciate a teamwork with a friend or team mate, right?
  
• Flame - Is it implying and used to project whenever a player is raging, or when somebody's on a blast - Under assumption that they're playing well?
  
• One fist aimed towards the end of your screen - Is it supposed to be like.. „♥♥♥♥ You, die!“, or that you're a nightmare to face (in a positive manner)?
  
• And there are some more.. I don't remember them all..
  
  Are there any official URL addresses to help me know, what does each of those emoticons stand for? It's kinda.. Silly and counter-productive. I've liked the previous system with words..

Four leave clover = lucky son of a gun
Thumbs down = youre bad bro. like, bad
Duck = Sitting duck, camping noobtard. Just sitting there getting shot doing efff all
Fire = you're on firrrrrrrrrrrrrre !!! wow. Crazy player no stopping you today
Fist Bump number 2 = nobody uses this
Thumbs up = standard sign of appreciation
Flex Muscles = you're goooooooooood (high damage or playing like a boss)
Rudeness = OMFG you are an absoute joke, you dont belong on the internet. You are not evolved enough to play internet gaming. Go take a long walk on a short pier, I heard you get friendly with goats. (FOR PLAYERS SO BAD THEY DESERVE ABUSE)

The new system doest show you how many times you are called a duck

You can also vote for yourself on the new one, so any records are irrelevant
