Yes this is cross platform, you can disable this in options under other, "Same Control Mode" if you really wish.

I'd think mouse and keybaord would give you an advantage over mobile users.

It won't ruin mobile experiance, bacause mobile users can disable matchmaking with PC users.
So if you want, you could play with only mobile users (if you play it on mobile ofc).

Yes, if you're playing on PC, you can play with both mobile and PC players.

this game isnt a competitive type call of duty style shooter or like cs go .... so mouse and keyboard doesnt really make a difference ... a good player will always be a good player and a bad one will play bad doesnt really matter , only map knowledge and quick thinking and knowing where to shoot , helping ur teammates makes you win not cuz u have a mouse or a keyboard this isnt Call of duty ;)
