As mentined, tickets to support can be more effective. Save your replays and use them to take screenshots of all their chat so WG staff can see them. Attach the screen shots to the ticket. You can contact Suppot by selecting Settings/Support in the bottom left of the garage or through your region’s website:
https://ru.wargaming.net/support/ru/products/wotb/
https://asia.wargaming.net/support/en/
https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/
https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wotb
Some players will ignore warnings or even shorter chat bans, but WG does give permanent bans for extreme behavior or repeated violations.
Ignoring them is good advice and is something I do with most of it.
But players keep posting on this and other forums complaining about their bans. The game rule basicaly say “Don’t hurt Wargaming or other players.” WG does give people a chance to change but in the end they’d rather lose a few toxic players than have them drive paying customers away from the game. It’s a good business practice.
Most of those people who complain about their bans usually say they didn't do anything wrong or got banned unfairly, but they can contact support to get evidence on what caused their ban.
True that. After a major earthquake I had bumper stickers made up for a disaster benefit: “It ain’t my fault!” I got pulled over a couple times by cops who wanted to thank me for the chuckle. Human nature just works that way.
Then put them on your blackslist so you never have to worry about them again. Nothing else you can do it isn't worth worrying about. You sent in a report let WG handle it, forget them and continue to have fun. Useless noobs are worthless in the game, and worthless to even talk to and worry about.
Gotta love the "free speech" excuse, do you even know what it means, and why it does not apply here? I give you a hint: public zone vs private grounds/government vs individual
That said, overly abusive behavior should be recorded (screenshot/replay) and reported to support (and they actually do listen.. sometimes.. ^^). On the other hand, a bit of smacktalk is kinda normal in this game, and people should (by age restriction) got the balls to deal with it. Especially as it might not be undeserved. So many noobs thinking that reaching tier10 asap is the main goal.. and sometimes, you just have to vent, for your own health sake. Just remember, high blood pressure is one of the main killers in todays civilization!
The main WoT channel on my clans Teamspeak server is named "Tank tourette" for a reason.. xD
