if youre dying a lot, its because youre really bad at the game, lack basic map meta strategies, and dont understand armor profiles. stop crying because you suck. the only blame to place is on yourself for failing to learn from mistakes.
that being said, ♥♥♥♥ wargaming and patch 3.8. that patch has effectively ruined this game.
Yes, Quickybaby was showing a video of a hack that is letting people auto lead a moving tank in WoT PC.
To the person that asked am I aiming at grey areas, yes. I've learned that much.
I still think some canons and/or ammo are bugged. Mount smaller guns with lower specs and kill lots of enemy, while bigger nastier canons do almost nothing.
I was watching a guy play a Soviet A-20 on YouTube tonight, and he didn't have the 37mm mounted, he was using one of the other canons like the 76mm and he was having the same issues with point blank range, in the grey when in sniper mode, no damage.
As far as invisible moving enemy, right next to you or your team mates, I don't know what causes that. Server lag? Hack? don't know.
wotb already has auto-aim and its better than wot pc's auto-aim. specifically, the auto-aim on the win10/steam clients is actually better than on mobile devices. it calculates lead time and will try to hit the position on the tank where you were pointing at when you hit auto-aim instead of wot pcs version where it only tries to find center mass.
wot pc =/= wotb. qb's video is irrelevant to wotb. move along.
you people need to learn how spotting mechanics work and more importantly, just how much RNG affects this game. there is a 25% RNG mechanic built in to the game to allow stupid morons to have a fighting chance against good players. WG says its for "variety".
the armor overlay (that is actually illegal to use in wot pc, go figure) is based off of the average penetration of the round youre firing. if youre aiming at a grey area and bounced, its because RNG decided that instead of 175 pen, you rolled a low pen shot at 143 so you bounced instead of penetrating the armor. this is my main gripe with RNG. if a round pens once, it should ALWAYS PEN if no other variables are introduced. additionally, thats why premium ammo is in game, to up your base penetration values to a point that effectively eliminates the enemies armor entirely, short of auto ricochet angles and overmatch mechanics.
a little education would do a lot of people good instead of crying about invisible tanks and hackers. anything advantageous from wot pc is already in the game for wotb except for laser tracer lines from enemy tanks. wotb was designed so that stupid people would have a chance against better players, thats why you see crayon eaters at tier10 with 600avg dmg and a 43% winrate.
What part of... A person can't see enemy tanks knocking over trees, fencing and other items just 20ft from you, but no tanks, do you not understand?
Invisible tanks are a real problem for some, but I just don't know what causes it. I can change to spectator mode after I get killed, and see red team tanks sneaking up on my teammates as well. It's in noticing "Tank Sign" rather than actually seeing the tanks.
It's amazing, you can see a fence or wall get run over and turned to dust just 100ft behind you or your teammate and even see the firing from the enemy, but no tank for several seconds.
You will see objects getting run over, very near, but the tank remains invisible. It's not some fantasy problem.
As far as hacking, you can hack anything. I've known some programmers from Silicon Valley, and they have always told me nothing is safe.
The proof is in things like Government websites, commercial severs etc getting hacked all the time.
Steam is no exception.
I woudn't be so surprised if the invisible tank issue is actually due to the server slacking off on detection checks.
Whenever it's down around 2000 or less, then the tanks don't vanish and reappear anymore. Except for the normal hiding in bushes or behind rocks.
When the tanks are in the open, and less than 100M away and moving, they shouldn't be disappearing.
server load doesnt have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to do with spotting mechanics.
again, the read the motherF'ing links i provided.
