That’s harsh and unworkable. You would would leave only 15% of the player base in tiers 6-10. According to BlitzStars the EU has peaked at roughly 15,000 to 19,000 each day. You would reduce the mid and upper tier queues there down to 2,250 to 2,850 and the average per tier to 450-570. Subtract out everbody who is in tournaments, special modes, ratings,playing lower tiers, training rooms, and doing whatever in the garage and you’d have some pretty long waits to get into a battle - and that is during the peak hours. Off peak hours could be totally unworkable in tiers 6-10.
Then there’s the financial cost. Look at where the premium and collector tanks are - it’s mostly tiers 6-10. Cut the revenue from those tank sales by 85% and WG might have to shift some developers to other games. Forget about getting that new tank or map anytime soon.
The reality is that the average guy has been carrying the top percent of the player base financially and operationally since day one. Any changes in the future have to work for those players if you want the game to survive.

Ahah, man, like srsly, you are pretending that in any other vehicular combat MMO it is anyhow different ? BTW, while training the crew AT THE SAME TIME you open new modules and etc, so it is more or less parallel. And saying that Tier 10 tanks aren't better than Tier 8 is kinda insane - go for PvP on KV-4 against IS-4 and check the results =))
While in standard WoT, each tank has its own crew, here in Blitz you got one crew for all tanks. So while you indeed need to bring the crew from 75% (always farm the creds for that, NEVER go with 50%) to 100%, the crew skills you research are working for ALL tanks, so you got a huge advantage compared to standard WoT. And srsly, leveling a crew from 75 to 100% does not take too long, especially not with boosters.
That's bullcrap, while there are indeed some outstanding prem tanks, the majority of prem tanks is worse than corresponding cred tanks with top modules installed.
Radios do not exist in Blitz. There is no cost for modules such as ammo racks, fuel tanks, optical devices and suspensions. They come with every tank at no extra cost.
There are modules that can be upgraded (guns, turrets, engines and suspensions), but you can not buy them with gold. You have to research them with Combat XP or Free XP. You earn those simply by playing the game.
Crew Mastery levels begin at 50% but you can increase it to 75% using credits or to 100% using gold. It is generally recommended to at least save your credits until you can afford to pay for 75% Crew Mastery. As you play that tank you’ll earn Crew XP and raise the level. (This only affects tanks at tiers 6-10; in tiers 1-5 all tanks start with 100% Crew Mastery).
In Blitz you have a choice: spend your time or spend your money. They both work, but you do have to spend something to get what you want.
It is pretty much widely accepted fact that prem tanks are not per general better, but alot of them actually worse than cred counterparts. Their main appeal is the increased credit income. Only in the last 1-2 years WG has started to bring out some more premium tanks that are clearly dominating their tier and class (e.g. Annihilator), shifting the balance, but still, the majority of prem tanks are NOT op.
Again, how about some real arguments instead of attempting stat flame?
