How to get 120FPS?

It's greyed out and can't set it to 120 FPS. I have nvidia 1070 and i7-6700k, so can't be because of that.

It requires a MONITOR with ABILITY of 120fps, (aka "responce time") as well as craphics card, and some post prosessing and/or rendering options may also allow/deny it ( don't know the spesifics of 1070nvidia ). If you are not sure of your native refresh rate, check it from your desktops nvidia options ( if you can change it in there, then you can use it in blitz ).

It used to be possible to change the framerate cap to anything you wanted by editing a config file, but Update 4.5 changed how the game stores and reads settings and rendered that method ineffective.

120FPS menu option is greyed out regardless of monitor refresh rate.

Nothing to do with that, as this function is only available in iPad with at least iOS 11. It won't work on PC regardless of your specs, there is plenty of people out there with monitors capable of 120Hz, they still will not be able to set the game to 120fps, the option is just not available (always greyed out) for the PC version.

what the hell does response time to do with refresh rate?? and basicly almost any dedicated GPU can run 144hz monitor in these days...

Yeah it has no relations those are 2 different specs. Also not any dedicated gpu can run 144hz monitor. At least use a reasonable dedicated gpu not the GTS lineup of GPU

i know a way to set any fps needed pm me for that my monitor supports 165 and im using them dispite what the devs want, as far your PC AND MONITOR SUPPORTS OVER 60 FRAMES / Hertz like gaming PC builds

The Problem is, you are running CheatEngine and inject into the WoTB process, that's the perfect reason to have your account banned, so i would cleary advise angainst this.
