Colorblind

I convinced a friend to try this game, problem is he is colorblind and cannot actually see the red on tanks. Even the minimap is difficult for him. Is there no options for colorblinds?

Would be really nice to change the color of friendly and enemy teams cuz the green is barely readable in green maps.

I’m 50% and until I was able to max the graphics settings even the hitskins wouldn’t show up. Now they do but WG’s dark red still disappears into the dark minimap backgound. WG doesn’t have a colorblind mode but a colorblind mod would be legal. Unfortunately, I’m still looking for for that type of mod.

There are a few workarounds that help to compensate. Stay in sniper mode as little as possible. Wiggle your turret and check the sides. Use the look-around bar or button when you can. Try to remember where the red tanks were, count them and try to guess where they could end up. It’s not a perfect solution, but the mini-map probably doesn’t tell you that there’s a backside sticking out, so there’s that.

There's a way to change the tanks appearance. There's a setting for displaying what you could see from enemy and allies tanks. If you want, you could disable some features to distinguish between those two
